Er, this is a bit like using a cannon to kill a mosquito. There's little point in filtering upstream 5V power to the Pi, as the Pi happily generates SMPS noise internally and will present that on downstream Vbus. The Pi's idle power draw is also usually sufficient to keep PSUs out of pulse-skip mode which increases ripple.
If you're routing the DAC's power from a linear regulator, and that causes a measurable difference , then the filtering on the DAC's input to internal supplies is inadequate.
