Yes, you can use CMs in a commercial product-thousands of companies do this. No licence from us needed.
Bulk purchase through our resellers is the same cost as coming direct. However, for large orders you might want to deal direct (>10k/year I suppose woudl be bulk) so we can schedule production to fit in with your requirements. When you email compliance, we can involve sales at that point if necessary.
