To give a full answer requires more data than you've supplied. Is this a fixed position or will it be moved around? How reliable is your local power? How long do outages usually last? Is there anything else that should be connected for proper operation, such as monitor(s), data switches, routers?
Personally, I use bog standard commercial UPSes. Because any given one will have more than just a couple of Pis connected, at home I use 1.5KVA units. For travel by car, I take along a small--350VA--unit.
