It depends on what you mean by "the OpenCv". If you mean a Linux distro containing OpenCV, you certainly can have multiple OSs installed on one physical media device, be it microSD card, SSD, NVMe SSD, or HDD. They would be installed in separate partitions and obviously you can only run one OS at a time. You would be able to mount the other partitions and read/write from/to them. Depending on what you are doing you might want a microSD card larger than 32 GB.
If you mean OpenCV running on top of Android, that also is possible. There may be some limitations imposed by the Android build of OpenCV or by Konstanng's Android release. I have only used OpenCV running on Linux with the Pi.
