General discussion • How to Determine Memory used for File System under 'Enable/disable read-only file system'

I'm experiencing some performance problems that may be related to enabling 'Enable/disable read-only file system'. The one metric is that the system seems to gain 100MB of memory after a reboot. Prior to that, it is running at about 95% memory.

Is there any way to measure memory consumption I assume is consumed by the FS used in 'Enable/disable read-only file system'?
