Network install is not working yet on the Pi5, so if you aim for NVMe boot you will have to add one step in between.
Simply use RPIimager for flashing the OS to a USB drive, boot your Pi5. Once booted run RPimager for flashing the OS to NVMe. Power down, remove the USB and power on. Your PI5 will boot from NVMe (note: even with the USB drive still attached as default boot order is uSD->NVMe->USB)
