$ sudo SKIP_BOOTLOADER=1 rpi-update

It updated just fine yesterday.

Also tried just doing sudo rpi-update, the output is the same.

$ sudo rpi-eeprom-update

LATEST: Wed Apr 17 12:51:36 PM UTC 2024 (1713358296)
RELEASE: latest (/lib/firmware/raspberrypi/bootloader-2711/latest)
Use raspi-config to change the release.
