A Pi 400, 500 or 500+ in a smaller, vertical-sided, box without a keyboard would suit me fine as a Pi PC.
If it were wider and deep enough to have a full-size keyboard fitted on top that would possibly suit the OP and others desiring the same. Internally routing USB might be a bit tricky though.
In the absence of such a product I would suggest a DIY solution to deliver that.
I picked up a USB keyboard with the keypad to the left last weekend. I can only say, being right-handed and using the keypad for cursor control, that's utterly weird and completely unusable for me, though I wasn't personally intending to use it.
