Hi I have attached one image this Image has 2 blue columns inside on of this blue column there are two parallel pink lines each having different
color intensity.
My task: Is to tell the difference in the color intensity for those two parallel pink lines inside single blue column. Thing is I have never used a pi before. I wanted to know if doing this possible in Pi and mainly I want help with the hardware selection like which board to buy and which module to buy and software libraries since it's my first time using Pi will be helpful if some suggest regarding the same looking for costly friendly hardware.
