I've designed a few RP2040/ESP boards and decided to make an attempt at a motor driver with a LiPo charger using a RP2354B. I've been having an issue where the board won't show up as a USB flash device when being plugged in (both the USB and battery) while holding the BOOTSEL button. It would be highly appreciated if there's an obvious flaw someone could help me find. I've attached an image of the schematic, and I can attach the PCB files as well if that would help.
