Pi 5's PCIe lanes are indeed a huge upgrade over Pi 4. For physiological signal analysis, Jupiter Lab works great (our lab just did an EEG project with Pi 5+ADS1299). But pay special attention to thermal management - we observed severe throttling under sustained loads. A 5V mini fan would help. ![:lol:]( "Laughing")
