I am Justin Tomlinson. I have 3 kids 2 chickens and 1 dog and live in NZ on an Island called Waiheke with my wife and this lovely family.
My career has been in working with amazing teams all over the world to deliver world class products. I have worked in some amazing places and after moving to NZ to relax, I find myself as a co-founder in a start-up. We are building an open source intelligent streaming protocol for video that uses unused upstream bandwidth to distribute content incredibly efficiently. We are also building a method of capturing people's contributions and rewarding them in a way that they can easily store and share with others. Our customers are large streamers of live content and we enable them to create new communities and ways of interacting with their favourite games, sports or entertainment.
We think the Pi community would love this software and could provide an excellent group of test users as well as a reliable hardware backbone. In return having the ability ro earn rewards and use them in digital and real space.
I have lots of connections through my time in industry and I was also hoping that the community might be able to help point me at the right person or people to engage at Pi ltd or the Foundation.
