Pi 5 16GB ...The magic "cpu = 3x gpu" was not planned!!
This is completely stable with the 4mv delta and passive cooling. I see others are using 50mv+ which seems excessive.
I took some time to get the over_voltage_delta down as far as possible - my guess is that it wont be needed in the future as the engineers fine tune the voltages.
This system reaches around 70C running stress-ng for an hour or so with passive cooling. Day to normal work loads never go above 40C but a large software build might get over 50C. Idle < 30C.
I use this cooler with the fan removed. The Pi is mounted on edge to improve the convection air flow.

I like this cooler because it doesn't try to bridge large gaps with thick thermal pads. Instead it is metal to metal contact, bolted down, with a very thin smear of good (liquid metal) paste - so much better.
I'm sure this system would go faster but I prefer a safe conservative overclock and I hate fans!
