General discussion • Pointers to an online registration Kiosk app on the Raspberry PI

I have a low cost need for a charity project. I would like to provide a Raspberry Pi based unit that:

* Offers a WiFi SSDI users can connect to
* Upon connection gets the user immediately connected to a web page served by the same device
* Allows the user to enter data (like name, email, etc)
* store this data on the same raspberry pi
* supports a separate connection/webpage to allow an administrator to retrieve the data stored after an event, in perhaps a CSV format

So, in practice, a user sees a poster that says "Connect to "SSID REGISTER"" (perhaps even without a password ? or we give it to them).
Then the user gets routed to the webpage served by the same PI. This webpage prompts the user for Name, address, email, etc).
This data is saved in a file or database on the PI.
After the event, an administrator takes the unit back to their computer, and using SSH gets access to the system, and runs a utility to extract and save the data.

In an effort to save some application debugging time, has anyone created something like this already? Your positive thoughts are most welcome.
