I'm using an old Intel 256GB SSD on one of my Pi 5s - model number is INTEL SSDPEKKF256G7L. It previously had about 5 years of use in my old laptop. Works well. It's connected using a Pimoroni NVMe base (single drive version - see https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/nvme-base).
