OK, I moved the NextCloud data-folder and database to a SSD disk, both on a different partition. They are hourly backed up with Vorta. So if something happens with the disk, it is easily recovered.
If something happens with the SD-card, I can use your btrfs-system. Back-up wouldn't be necessarily so frequent, since all important and changing data is on the disk, isn't it?
Can something "break" if there's a mismatch between the SD and data? Like, if I have a fresh installed Raspberry OS, would it be easy to get NextCloud and it's databank up and running again?
