Any voltage above 5.1V is likely to be deadly.

I would hope not when USB was initially 5V +/- 5%, 5.25V, and the USB 2.0 specification allows for a maximum of 5.5V. The Absolute Maximum VIN for the Pi 4B is stated as 6V in its datasheet but I couldn't find a 3A+ or 3B+ datasheet.
