While I soldered my own as well, one word of caution. Of all the boards I soldered 40 pin headers into, the Pi Zero 2 W was one of the most challenging due to the tiny circular pcb-pad around each header pin. Picos are a breeze by comparison due to the larger pads. If you do take on the task, make sure you have a good solder-station with temp control, and a small point or wedge tip on your iron. Solder every-other as you go down each header to prevent heat-soak into the pcb and you will do fine. (.8mm leaded solder helps too)
For the few cents extra, the color-coded pin headers are quite nice.
