Pi4 1GB Bullseye official Pi5 PSU constantly active fan. Running at approx 35 degrees.
Updated this morning usingI had been using this a while ago as a hardware debug tool. It was running a homebrew Pulseview build.
It had been running absolutely fine. It WAS overclocked. That is the first thing I removed. No low voltage indication.
Now using Chromium and just trying to do a simple search using Google completely locks the machine at random points in the browsing experience. Nothing else is running. Switch off at the mains job.
I wanted to re-purpose it as a PiHole machine. (My old Pi2 that I had been using 24/7 for over 4 years bit the dust somehow overnight).
I HAVE now installed PiHole on it and am thinking about deploying it.
But I'm now worried that the latest software releases are asking too much of a 1GB machine. My Pi2 PiHole machine was running Buster.
Is anyone running a 1GB Pi4 up to date Bullseye and NOT having any issues?
